Online Therapy Session

An online therapy session lasts approximately two hours, encompassing therapeutic dialogue, body therapy exercises, and hypnotherapy, among other methods. These sessions are designed to enhance your body awareness, elevate your self-esteem, and foster an openness to self-love—empowering you to live freely as your most authentic self. Conveniently accessible from anywhere, these sessions meet you right where you are, eliminating the need to visit my practice physically.

During the session, you will receive assistance to:
